Double Cherry Mould

Beautiful, curved, sculpted cherry shape mould. 

Tray dimensions: 170mm x 295mm x 41mm high

Cherry dimensions: 41mm deep x 67mm x 40mm wide

Creates amazing cherry shaped desserts in mousse, pannacotta, parfait etc. Use our truffle / sphere mould for creating a jelly or gel centre. Coat in Velvet Spray or mirror glaze. We recommend using Moulding chocolate to create a realistic stem.

Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and after each use.
Rinse and dry completely or place in dishwasher. Rolling in a towel and pummelling will dry effectively.
Do not use sharp objects like knife on the silicone
Do not place in contact with fire or flame directly
