19cm long, 12 cm wide, 2cm deep (to the top of brick indentations)

Individual square size

5cm length,2.5 cm wide, 2cm deep (to the top of brick indentations)

10 cavities per tray

As with all our chef's tools we recommend hand washing though the silicone moulds are perfectly safe in dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave.

When making creamy or mousse based desserts we recommend freezing solid before ejecting from mould.
