Wow - an edible egg in nest complete with feathers...
Egg moulds and Feather moulds? Too easy. Whip up your famous cheesecake or mousse recipe for the eggs. Freeze and unmould. While still frozen stick together and dip in chocolate to create a 'shell' that will bring theatre and pizazz to your table. The feathers couldn't be easier. Simply pour melted chocolate into the mould and set in the fridge.
If you're hard pressed for time to dish up each dessert during the occasion then simply pour a pile of homemade edible 'soil' on a fancy dish (..such as crushed biccy crumbs...Kingstons for a Golden Gaytime flavour bomb or Choc Ripple for decadent chocolate trip) and nestle your eggs amongst it with feathers, mint leaves and flowers.
